Spring 2015 fashions got an all-new decade of choice.Let’s hear it for bell bottoms, sexy silks and peasant blouses because
the seventies are back. And while disco may be the first image that
comes to mind when thinking ‘70s style, this season’s diverse runways
highlight the decade’s many forms. At Saint Laurent, it was all about
glam rock, with short shorts worn alongside leather jackets, while at
Valentino, flowing peasant dresses recalled era icons like Ali MacGraw
and Talitha Getty. The decade’s prevalence shone through with the use of suede and fringe
and as well, with everyone from Etro to Proenza Schouler embracing a bit
of swing. Elsewhere, designers jumped two decades prior, with the 1950s
staple gingham popping up on shirt dresses at Altuzurra and Michael Kors.

If black and white is too stark for you, this subtle version may be more
your speed. Give it a try when you feel like making a statement with
little to no color.
Consider it one of spring's most flattering trend. Tie on an obi belt and knot it to the side for optimum waist-whittling benefits.
Believe it or not, your shoulders have become the perfect part of your body overnight! Show them off in these one-shoulder tops and dresses (a twist on spring 2015's off-the-shoulder ones) that are perfect for date night.
Jeans are a given for any season, but this time around it's about
cropped, baggy cuts. Keep your tops slim to create a cool contrast.
Hit the army-surplus store now because you're going to want all the
necessary regalia come spring. Many designers took the literal route when it came to their creations, but you're better off choosing
streamlined military-style pieces that come in the olive-drab shade.
Finally, a new layering trick for the more daring fashion gal. Rock a
skirt, whether short or long, over a dress for a visually stimulating
look with an extra dose of coolness.
Fabric play was a big Spring fashion 2015 moment, silhouettes were also
up for experimentation, with culottes, a street style favorite,
reigning supreme. On the runway, relaxed calf-grazers were paired with
tailored tops and waist .What we found were subtle — and not so subtle — nods to the 1970s,
sporty touches that don't require a gym membership, shoulder-baring
silhouettes, new uses for tiered skirts, and gingham prints.Keep reading to identify all the key looks, or jump right to the trending look you've just got to see first.
